Will Auction Prices Increase in 2025?

Hello fellow domainers,
As most of you know, interest rates are starting to go down and many economists believe interest rates in countries like USA will be 1 to 2% lower by early next year. This got me thinking, is "cheaper" money going to cause auction prices to further increase. Curious what people here think if you would please vote in the poll.
