Unstoppable Domains Introduces AI to Create Secure Digital IDs for Crypto Users

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Unstoppable Domains, a company that offers blockchain-based domain names – such as .zil or .crypto – announced this week they have adopted the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in order to help “enhance the user experience” by allowing customers to utilize the growing technology to help craft “digital identities” for their “personal brand.”

Unstoppable Domains COO Sandy Carter noted that all users have to do is provide some very basic material, either in the form of text or an image; from there, the AI does all the work, simplifying the process of crafting their secure blockchain identity.

We use AI to create personalized avatars for our users,” Carter said. “Users can submit a picture or description, and our AI will generate an avatar that embodies their personal brand. This is just one of the many ways we are using AI to improve our services.”

However, Unstoppable Domains isn’t just utilizing AI for creating user avatars; they are also applying it to improving both their marketing efforts and enhancing the customer service experience as well, Carter said.

Unstoppable Domains has striven to create and evolve the concept of digital identity in an effort to provide a robust and secure array of options to maintain a secure environment for their clients’ blockchain data and streamlining cryptocurrency transactions, Carter explained.

Our digital identity system is based on blockchain, specifically [blockchain platform] Polygon. This allows users to have a unique digital identity that represents who they are, which they can own and control,” she said. “Instead of typing a long, complicated wallet address, you can use a simple domain like sandy.crypto or sandy.nft. We process 30 million transactions a week just in resolving these addresses.”

Carter noted that the concept of digital identities will expand beyond the blockchain field in the near future, spreading to numerous other business sectors – such as healthcare – where secure data transactions are vitally important.
