Poor customer support from Afternic TA team
The Afternic Transaction Assurance team appears to have been very slow responding to requests that affect domain transactions. As a domain seller explains, it's been more than two weeks since his request was sent and no response has been made. Is this a pattern or a single incident? Share your experiences in this thread.

Seller beware: DAN took my domain without paying
A domain investor whose two sales of .id domains were approved found out that once the domains were transferred to the buyer his payment was canceled and his account was banned. While NamePros is not the place to seek customer support, this transaction raises some concerns.
