In the Poll "Who is to Blame for the Troubled US Economy?" you should have added "Banks & Financial Institutions"

Banks & Financial Institutions got away with what they did because of government, the fed, and Alan Greenspan.
Had Greenspan listen to Brooksley Born maybe the housing boom and bust would have never happened.

The one huge factor to this dilemma is something that about 90% of all people do today.

Live beyond their means.

I was always under the impression that Banks and Financial Institutions are on top of the Pyramid while the Government and Politicians are one step lower and acting as their puppets.

Since the Video is almost an hour long I will watch it tomorrow

Well, they are all in bed together.
Goldman Sucks has always had former minions in high ranking government positions.
And former government dweebs go work for GS afterwards.

Either way you will see in the PBS documentary that Greenspan and Congress and the rest of the old boys network should have listed to Brooksley Born.

But since then neither party has done anything to help get us out of this mess.
Both parties believe if they wait long enough it will fix itself and just go away.
But what they dont realize, it could get worse...way worse.

It is not Democrats vs. Republicans.

It is the People vs. the Government!

That sums it all right there.

As I have said for untold years, no matter who is running our government, the people are screwed, blued and tattoed.

And without spending too much time, and not to wear out my fingers here, the nation actually was not founded by God, for God, under God, by God, or any other deity.

Europe is A problem, especially Greece but its not The problem.
China is also A problem.

But I still believe that our politicians are the bigger problem.
