Spam Count Domain Names.

I'm lost. I found some nice domains @ GoDaddy closeout marketplace but with a lot of Spam counts say 19 spam counts. Is that the types of domains people buys and resales for some bucks from the GoDaddy marketplace? Is it advisable to purchase domains with spam Counts? I recently saw a domain name sold report on X with a lot of spams. Please, I need your guidance.
