should I buy every exact match domain I find?

Hello everyone

As stated in the title I would like to buy domains, to sell them ofc, and I'm still hesitant as I'm afraid to buy domains that will turn out to be just a waste of money. By thinking outside of the box I found some good .com domains that are exact match, some of them are 2 words domains, after I estimate their value on Afternic many of them have an estimated value over $1000. Do you think is it a good idea to rely on Afternic estimated value to buy these domains or should I look into other criteria?

I'd be grateful we can discuss this, and I'm sorry if my question was already covered on the forum.
