I spoke with Sav chat support August 17.
Online support was not able to help.
So they opened a ticket and escalated to a "Subject Matter Expert"
Every 2-3 days I follow up. I get an immediate response saying that the advanced support team has not had a chance to deal with my support ticket.
It is a really simple matter. It has now been 8 days and still no help.
Any suggestions at to how to move this forward?
