Parkingcrew system maintenance in the middle of the Day

Companies have the worst people working for them …i just tried to log in to parkingcrew and it shown system maintenance…it in the middle of the day in europe and daytime in the us ….
No info or warning about this ahead of time nothing ….not very smart and definitely not how to do business !
