Two domain-related companies made the list of fastest-growing companies.
Domain name company Identity Digital landed on the Inc. 5000 list again this year. It’s the fourth consecutive year the top level domain registry made the list.
The company ranked #3,235, as measured by three-year revenue growth. The company generated 152% growth during that time.
Identity Digital operates hundreds of top level domains, including new TLDs like .guru and .money, ccTLDs like .io, and legacy domains like .info. It also operates the backend for the .org registry.
Whois API, a domain data company, landed on the list at #1,847 with 273% growth. The company has been on the list every year since 2017, except for 2020.
Some hosting companies that sell domain names also made the list, including BigScoots (#3,250, 151%) and Name Hero (#4,386, 96%).
