The PA related .com is probably worth mid-xxx. The others you should drop. The 4L .in might be worth at most $100. The other two .in are worth $10 to $20 in my opinion basically reg. fee. Note, that personally I wouldn't have bought or invested in any of those.
Personally I would not register any of those, they have little value.
Unless you enter domaining with over a million in capital to play with
that's true however having money and being new does not guarantee u will pick good domains at good prices.
