How to find out the value of a company that enquired about my domain through whois..

Hello.

I received enquire from a company interested in my domain from whois search..

I replied to the email from the search and they told me they can't do the five figures i gave them to pay..that they are a small company.

How do i know the worth of this company.

I ask them to give me their best offer.
