The extension .living is new and for this reason I am struggling to put a valuation on it. Due to the extension being new I don't think valuation tools e.g. those of GoDaddy is necessarily accurate/useful. Many thanks!

Basically reg. fee I'd value them around $30ish to $40ish each. But, I would not buy them or spend a buck to register them.
