Why would you think that?
I can't think of any reason that the domains from P&G would result in lowering the standards for quality domains.

It appears that these are the original 100 for sale in the 2000 press release, so this isn't really news, just them trying to bring attention to their listings 6 years after listing them... Apparently they haven't been selling.
