GoDaddy Evaluations, Are they at all accurate?

After being on the site for a few days. It seems to me that the evaluations that GoDaddy generates for domain names are greatly overestimated. I saw a domain on this site that GD valued at $1,300 being offered for $10.

Any insights would be helpful as I am a newbie trying to sell my portfolio.
