A domain investor is bringing Friendster back.

Friendster is back!

Do you remember Friendster? It was one of the earliest social networks, launched before the likes of MySpace and Facebook.

Well, Friendster is back thanks to someone you might know from the domain business.

Mike Carson, who founded and later sold Park.io, was able to acquire this domain and is building a new social network on it.

On today’s show, Mike talks about why he bought the domain and what he’s building. (Listen to the end to find out how to jump the waitlist of 250,000 who want in.)

We also talk about the sale of Park.io and Mike’s latest thoughts on blockchain-based naming systems.

Also: Auction clawbacks, new TLD$, and more.
