I realize pricing is highly subjective. I'm also taking into consideration the free online evaluations are a tool and not the de facto resource.

If free online evaluations value a domain at $100 or less, it's generally accepted the domain evaluation is probably accurate.

If free online evaluations value a domain at $10000 or greater, the accuracy and validity of the evaluation is called into question.

Is this regressive analysis? Why call into question if the evaluation is high?

I personally average several free online appraisals to help guide the domain price.

If a domain appraises for a high amount, what range gives you pause as a domainer?

I'll end with the ultimate value of a domain is what someone is willing to pay. If everyone is using the same evaluation tools, as the seller is it my unwritten obligation to devalue an appraisal if it's high?
