domain appraisals

Hi, I am new to the domain selling and one of the most puzzling things I am finding is the difference between Go Dady appraisals and Dynadots for instance my domain chairyogaline.com is valued at $4662 (USA) while Go Daddy value it at less than$100 dollars, Why is there such a difference between them?
