You can still register a Bodis account without an Invitation Code. The Invitation Code is only necessary for those that require an expedited account registration, for bypassing the account verification and compliance steps.

Please be aware, the Invitation Code cannot be shared/reused among multiple account registrants.

No, it is not. bodis.com/register doesn't activate the 'create account' button without an invitation code; if you got the screenshot from a faq file after you registered, that may well be true, but as of right now, this url resolves to a page with a mandatory invitation code
