Looking for insight on what this 4 letter domain would be appraised at. Thanks!
Since you're asking in the Pre-purchase Appraisal section, are you planning to buy this domain? Or are you the owner? The current price at Atom.com (lander) seems reasonable to me, but it won't sell right away. At MediaOptions it's also listed, at a steep discount.
Lots of companies have Rizo in the name. And it has a meaning, namely [someone with] curly hair (Spanish). Can be used for anything, though. Pretty good domain.

Five-figures. Despite not being an English word it's still very legible, it would be a very effective brand.

Based on recent CVCV auctions and end user sales you can get easy high 5 figure if buyer appears.
Reseller should be upto anything atleast 10k or plus
Such names rarely appears in auctions these days.

Highly desirable name, we did a search in our afternic and sedo database, and found CVCV upwards of $300.
pros: length/syllables of name, applicability - can be used for any type of business - an abstract name, on the likes of ebay etc, .com extension
cons: lot of choices for buyer, plenty of alternatives.
Yes 'one day' you can get $100,000 for the name, what matters is 'today'. So one has to make a choice as to whether you refuse the offer of $5000 (and be happy about it) or to wait for 'that day'. What you have to look at - what $5000 is worth to you today.
For names like this, getting a high price is not governed any of the criteria/characteristics but is governed by 'how much the buyer likes the name'. When a buyer likes a name, and budget permits, they are willing to pay (almost) any price for the name.
