Anyone able to using 'User Verification' on Above.com?

I already few months registered an account & trying using 'User Verification' on Above.com
But still cant verified yet

Everytime i click Verify now link, for Verify Telephone, a message always peep out :
Account pending review. Review is usually completed within 1 business day.

Its not 1 business day
I already emailing & using contact form asking this for few months, . even i already inserted my Credit card, but no replied yet.
Are they still alive?

Please share if anyone have same or solved this problem.
