Afternic has not processed domain sale payment

Hello, I sold a domain on lease at afternic. Afternic sent me 1st installment. I changed payment method and afternic has not sent the payment to that account and marked as paid. I has been a month now and no one from their support is responding. They come up by auto replies like, we are inquiring the transaction status but they do nothing.

What can I do to recover funds?
