AdSense for Domains (AFD)

I thought the AFD was shutdown, however today I received an email from google talking about AFD:

This means that we will not be able to see the CPC of a domain unless it reaches 100 clicks in a seven day period?

Without being able to test our domains at an early stage and know which ones are worth retaining, this is another thorn to our side

This is the latest I have found on AFD...it seems accurate, anyone know any different?:
AdSense for Domains has been discontinued for many years. They haven't provided that as a product for regular users for a long time. There are still a couple of domain parking companies that have use of it, but it is not a publisher product any longer.
